What is The Process?

We cover everything from marketing reviews, proposals, market research, marketing strategy and planning through to management support and regular measurement of your results.

1. Marketing Review

This is a detailed fact finding exercise to learn more about your business and extract all key information.  It will be achieved by spending time in your business and meeting with the various individuals and key stakeholders involved. A series of key questions will be worked through and will help gain a better understanding of the company.  We will review previous and existing marketing activities and results to create the foundation to form an effective future strategy.

2. Marketing Proposal

Once the marketing review has been completed, the information will be analysed to create the marketing proposal.  This proposal includes areas such as: market research, target audience and persona development, objectives, website recommendations, competitor review, inbound marketing channels such as organic search, content marketing, social media and lead generation, outbound channels such as tradeshows, marketing collateral and email.  It will also consider customer acquisition and retention tactics and measurement (KPIs) to monitor results.

3. Management Support

Once the marketing proposal has been reviewed and agreed, Harmanie Marketing is able to provide on-going monthly marketing support to implement the plan.  This can cover areas such as: branding, re-vamping or building a new website, search engine optimization (SEO), social media campaign and management, content ideas, copywriting, implementing a lead generation platform, building mailing lists and execution of email marketing campaigns, management of 3rdparty suppliers and more.

4. Monitoring Results

Once the plan has been implemented, it is important to regularly review and monitor the results against agreed KPIs (key performance indicators).  Continual analysis will ensure that all areas of your marketing activity are working and can be tweaked if required.  It allows for on-going development and evolution to ensure continued results in line with your business objectives.

5. Marketing Rates

Harmanie Marketing fees are charged on time based pricing and different day rates are applied to Consultancy and Management work, depending on the length and nature of the project.
